Job summary

Elsevier's Global Business Intelligence team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Manila to turn data into actionable insights for the Sales organization and executives. You will build dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau, and help design and maintain the Nexus data warehouse with SQL logic as we migrate from SQL Server to Snowflake.

You will work across Finance, Operations, Sales, Content, and IT, applying AI tools responsibly and setting standards for data modeling and dashboard

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a BI or data analyst role and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and data modeling.
• Ability to translate stakeholder questions into clear analysis and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and challenges.
• Design and build dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau for actionable insight.
• Design, build, and maintain Nexus data warehouse and SQL logic.
• Lead ambiguous requests, scope work, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development with responsible practices.
