Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own internal reporting and analytics, designing Power BI dashboards, building robust data models, and turning data into meaningful business insights. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
• Ability to work across multiple data sources and systems.
• Ability to translate data into business meaning beyond numbers.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious mindset and openness to AI tools and new tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, reconcile and validate data.
• Build and maintain data models for reliable reporting.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with leaders and data owners to define requirements.
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Improve reporting processes, data quality and refresh reliability.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and data workflows.
• Explore AI tools to enhance analysis and efficiency and validate outputs.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain data governance, security and quality standards.
