AMCS Group in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen the security of our enterprise technology environment. You will design, implement, operate, and improve security controls across cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and business applications.

This hands-on senior role requires strong technical judgement, incident leadership, and collaboration with IT, engineering, risk, and business teams to protect critical systems and data.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in cyber security engineering or related fields.
• Experience implementing and operating enterprise security technologies in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security and Azure is desirable.
• Experience with incident response, threat analysis, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across cloud, identity, endpoint, network, email, and SaaS.
• Lead investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident reviews.
• Engineer and optimize security platforms (SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability mgmt).
• Develop detection rules, automation, dashboards, and security metrics.
• Review designs for security risks and advise on practical controls.
