Airtropolis Consolidator Philippines, Inc. seeks a seasoned Customs Brokerage Manager to lead end-to-end import/export operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise a team of declarants, ensure compliance with Philippine laws, and drive process improvements to cut costs and delays.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 8–10 years in customs brokerage with leadership experience; strong coordination with clients, agencies, and carriers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in customs brokerage, import/export ops, and freight forwarding in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine customs laws, BOC regulations, and import/export procedures.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong client management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customs brokerage operations, including import/export processing and shipment releases.
• Coordinate with clients, forwarders, shipping lines, BOC, and agencies for timely shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customs laws, tariffs, duties, and procedures.
• Oversee preparation and submission of customs declarations, entries, permits, and documents.
• Monitor brokerage-related costs, including duties, taxes, freight, storage, and demurrage.
• Ensure timely processing and release of shipments while minimizing delays and risks.
• Handle complex customs concerns, discrepancies, and documentation issues; escalate when needed.
• Develop relationships with clients and partners to ensure service excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate customs declarants and brokerage staff.
• Monitor KPIs, turnaround times, clearance performance, and client concerns.
• Prepare regular operational reports and maintain brokerage records.
