Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Customer Project Manager in Manila to lead end-to-end hardware introduction and integration into customer networks. You will manage complex delivery programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure outcomes across scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsibilities include translating contracts into delivery plans, owning FAS activities, governance, executive updates, and maintaining compliant project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, information technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proven experience leading complex customer projects, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or network infrastructure.
• Experience with project governance, service delivery, and project finance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer projects from pre-sales CFR activities through delivery, acceptance, and closure.
• Translate contract commitments into delivery plans, milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria.
• Develop, secure approval for, and execute comprehensive project plans.
• Lead the introduction and integration of new hardware with customer networks, processes, and systems.
• Own FAS activities and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant fulfillment.
• Manage customer expectations through governance and executive-level updates.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues, risks, and conflicts; drive performance against target Unadjusted Margin.
• Control scope, schedule, quality, costs, and change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal and financial guidelines, data security and privacy standards, and E+OHS requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to support decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardized delivery practices.
