Ericsson in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Customer Project Manager to lead end-to-end introduction and integration of new hardware into customer networks. You will manage complex delivery programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure outcomes across scope, schedule, quality, and financial performance.

You will own Fulfillment Assignment Specifications, align contractual commitments with delivery, and uphold governance, compliance, security, privacy, legal, financial, and E+OHS

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, information technology or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Significant experience managing complex customer projects, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or network infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading hardware introduction, integration, rollout, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of project governance, service delivery, commercial commitments, and project finance.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end customer projects from pre-sales CFR activities through delivery, acceptance, and closure.
• Translate contract commitments into clear delivery plans, milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria.
• Develop, secure approval for, and execute comprehensive project plans.
• Lead the introduction and integration of new hardware with customer networks, processes, and systems.
• Own FAS activities and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant fulfillment.
• Manage customer expectations through clear communication, governance, and regular executive-level updates.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues, dependencies, risks, and conflicts proactively.
