Senior CSR Seating Product Support

Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage seating product support orders onsite. You will verify order details, enter and update sales orders in E1 ERP, and maintain CMP workflows while collaborating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Managers.

You will also generate reports, lead status review meetings, and ensure KPI targets are met while complying with EHS standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved Seating Product Support orders, acting as the primary contact for Customers on order status.
• Verify order details: part numbers, quantities and shipping info.
• Enter/update sales orders in E1 ERP system.
• Maintain workflows in CMP.
• Utilize JIRA for information purposes.
• Collaborate with Product Support Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers.
• Generate Open Order Book reports per Customer Requirements.
• Lead tactical order status review meetings.
• Meet or exceed personal/customer service team targets (KPI).
• Perform other departmental duties as required including ensuring compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
