Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Order Processor to manage approved seating product support orders and act as the main point of contact for customers on order status.

You will verify parts, enter orders in the E1 ERP system, and maintain CMP workflows while collaborating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Managers to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Utilise JIRA for information purposes.

• Generate Open Order Book reports per Customer Requirements.
• Lead tactical order status review meetings.
• Meet or exceed personal/customer service team targets (KPI).
• Perform other departmental duties as required including ensuring compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
