Boston Medical Center is seeking a Senior CSP Education Specialist to lead the CSP education and quality portfolios. The role reports to the Director of Central Sterile Processing and oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of education programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in CSP education & sterile processing management.
• Experience with CSP education program development and supervision.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and evaluation abilities.
• Proficiency with data tracking and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements CSP education and orientation program.
• Delegates deliverables to CSP educators and tracks outcomes.
• Performs competency assessments and provides feedback.
• Coordinates with OR leaders for staff shadowing and training.
• Tracks enrollment, completion patterns, and training data.
• Maintains CSP policies and regulatory compliance.
