• Keep trucks in good condition, aesthetically and functionally.
• Achieve KPI targets for operations and quality.
• Oversee route and dispatch planning; coordinate bookings efficiently.
• Develop reliable truckers/partners for the company.
• Ensure 3PL trucks are fully utilized.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising the end-to-end warehouse operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1. Supervise and keep track of every trip schedule of the service vehicle and monitor, implement, and plan fleet service activities daily.
• 2. Comply with transportation-related policies, as well as safety rules, union contracts, and government regulations.
• 3. Abides by the companys strict safety rules and regulations.
• 4. Ensuring drivers follow company policies and procedures, including safety measures and disciplinary actions if necessary.
• 5. Maintaining records of mileage, fuel costs, accident reports, and other relevant information regarding a transportation businesss operations
• 6. Keep trucks in good condition (both aesthetically and functionally
• 7. Ensuring the achievement of progressive Company KPI targets for Operations and Quality.
• 8. Oversee Route and dispatch Planning in efficient/proper ways. Oversee Booking coordination and confirmation in inefficient/proper ways.
• 9. Develop new reliable truckers/partners from the market to the company.
• 10. Ensure 3PL trucks are fully utilized.
• 11. Accomplishes other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Superior.
