Ruby Labs is building a category-defining document management platform with a fast, autonomous team. We are seeking a Senior CRO Manager who owns the full optimization loop—from deep funnel analysis to high-fidelity specs and rapid deployment—across the entire user journey.

You will ship tests in days, use AI daily, and partner with engineers to scale impact. If you thrive on ownership, speed, and measurable growth, this is your role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRO experience with measurable lifts, preferably SaaS.
• Think beyond landing pages to the full user journey optimization.
• AI-native workflow: integrate AI into daily processes.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to create detailed specs.
• Bias for shipping; iterate quickly with multiple tests.
• Analytical depth with common analytics tools.
• Ownership and proactive, accountable.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end optimization cycles from research to rollout.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and design.
• Analyze full user journey: acquisition to monetization.
• Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs (Next.js/TailwindCSS).
• Collaborate with engineers to implement tests rapidly.
• Analyze results with statistical rigor and scale successful tests.
• Document learnings and maintain a prioritized testing roadmap.
• Present insights to stakeholders to build alignment.
