Job summary

RevenueCat is seeking a Senior CRO Designer, Paywalls & Funnels to lead high‑impact monetization experiences for mobile apps. You’ll design paywalls, onboarding paths, and upgrade flows, translate product value into compelling layouts, and run multivariate tests with customers and prospects.

You’ll collaborate with content, marketing, and advocacy to turn learnings into templates, guides, and webinars, shaping RevenueCat’s monetization UX across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years designing consumer mobile experiences, with a substantial portion spent on subscription or purchase flows.
• Experience owning monetization UX in a mobile app studio/product team, or in an agency/consultancy.
• Strong conversion & experimentation mindset with metrics like CVR, activation, LTV.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Design & ship high‑converting paywalls and funnels.
• Lead conversion optimization projects for customers and prospects.
• Codify patterns into reusable templates and assets for builders.
• Collaborate with Advocacy/Content to produce templates, guides, and webinars.
• Present options and trade-offs to founders, PMs, and marketers.
