Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Credit Analyst/Senior Parabroker for an independent contractor engagement. The role aligns with Australian residential mortgage lending, reviewing client financials and determining suitable lending solutions.

You’ll work remotely with a client team, handling income analysis, lender policy research, and deal structuring. This is a remote, contract-based position with flexible hours and alignment to Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Credit Analyst, Parabroker, or in a similar credit assessment role within the Australian residential mortgage market.
• Strong ability to assess PAYG income and analyse financial documents for self-employed applicants.
• Sound understanding of major Australian lenders and their credit policies.
• Strong analytical thinking and comprehension skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, well-presented work.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Income assessment: Review PAYG income to determine assessable income per lender policies.
• Self-employed analysis: Analyse tax returns, BAS, and NOAs to calculate assessable income.
• Lender selection: Research policies and recommend suitable lenders based on eligibility and serviceability.
• Deal structuring: Develop recommendations for loan structures based on financial position and outcome.
• Compliance: Prepare documentation such as the GamePlan and preliminary assessments.
• Processing: Complete information in MyCRM and prepare AOL submissions; respond to MIRs.
• Collaboration: Work with hiring manager to discuss complex files and validate calculations.
• Pipeline management: Maintain file updates in MyCRM and Trello for visibility.
