Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit analysis or parabroker roles within Australian residential mortgage market.
• Strong ability to assess PAYG income and analyze financial documents for self‑employed applicants.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate, well‑presented work.

Responsibilities

• Income assessment: review PAYG income, including base salary, overtime, commissions, allowances, and casual income.
• Self-employed analysis: analyse tax returns, BAS, NOAs and financial statements for assessable income.
• Lender selection: research lender policies and recommend suitable lenders based on eligibility and serviceability.
• Deal structuring: propose loan structures based on client position and outcome.
• Compliance: prepare GamePlan, initial assessments and supporting notes.
• Processing: complete data in MyCRM and apply online; respond to MIRs as needed.
• Collaboration: discuss complex files with team leader to validate calculations.
• Pipeline management: keep file updates in MyCRM and Trello for visibility.
