You will guide a team of creatives, ensure content quality, and foster innovative thinking while aligning with brand standards and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Possess 6 years of experience as a creative strategist and copywriter, showcasing a track record of successful campaigns in a portfolio.
• Demonstrate robust strategic thinking and problem-solving prowess.
• Remain abreast of the latest developments in the field and emerging trends.
• Exhibit adept leadership and team management capabilities.
• Display organizational finesse in managing multiple projects within stringent timelines.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with masterful storytelling abilities.
• Proficient in copywriting, scriptwriting, proofreading, creative visualization, team leadership, campaign planning, blogging, and web page content creation.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative solutions align with brand and campaign objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive research on the client's industry and audience through a blend of online resources, interviews, and in-depth studies.
• Craft articulate marketing copy and creative content, including pitch decks, post copies, and case studies, aimed at promoting our products/services.
• Contribute to business pitches, leveraging persuasive storytelling to secure new clients or projects.
• Meticulously review and refine copy to uphold standards of accuracy, coherence, and alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts, taglines, and slogans that harmonize with the client's marketing goals.
• Adapt writing style adeptly to suit varied brands, target demographics, and campaign imperatives.
• Forge close collaboration with art directors, designers, and other team members to conceive and execute integrated and impactful advertising endeavours.
• Exercise discernment in approving copy and creative materials to ensure they adhere to brand standards, maintain quality benchmarks and exceed client expectations.
• Lead and inspire a cadre of creative strategists, copywriters, and content creators, fostering an environment conducive to continual growth and innovation.
