Job summary

HEPMIL Media Group in the Philippines seeks a Senior Creative Strategist to lead strategy for our top-tier brands, focusing on creator-first concepts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.

You'll oversee the end-to-end creative process, present concepts to clients, train teams, and drive innovative campaigns tailored to Filipino audiences with strong storytelling and writing skills in English and Tagalog.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Creative Strategist or in a creative or strategic role within the advertising industry.
• A portfolio that showcases successful campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine market and cultural nuances to create culturally relevant campaigns.
• Knowledgeable on the creator industry and the personalities popular in the Philippines
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in English and Tagalog.
• Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals.
• Proficiency in data analysis to inform creative decisions and strategy.

• Lead the development of creative strategies and concepts with a creator-first focus across multiple social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube & Facebook)
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring the highest level of quality and brand consistency with clear writing skills.
• Act as a thought leader, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations to drive cutting-edge creative solutions.
• Present and effectively communicate creative strategies to clients and internal stakeholders, gaining buy-in and support for the proposed ideas.
• Provide training and consultation for clients in relation to our products, processes and social landscape.
• Help strategize and manage exclusive creator content plans
