Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a hands-on Chief Finance Officer / Head of Finance to lead and rebuild the finance and accounting function for a customs brokerage and logistics business in Manila.

You will own budgeting, closing, billing, cash management, and statutory compliance, and will drive KPI dashboards for executive decision making. The ideal candidate has a CPA, 5+ years in a managerial accounting role, and proven experience rebuilding systems and processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Accountancy required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) mandatory.
• 5+ years in a managerial role leading an accounting team.
• Experience rebuilding or setting up an accounting function from incomplete records.
• Expert knowledge of PFRS, double-entry, GL/AR/AP/bank reconciliation and FS preparation.
• Strong command of BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGU compliance (VAT, withholding, ITR, alphalist/DAT, OR/SI, e-invoicing).
• Experience with BIR LOAs and converting books (1905, PTU, CAS).
• External audit coordination with clean AFS issuance.
• Proven control of cash advances, AR, and AP.
• Budgeting, cash forecasting, costing, and profitability analysis.
• SOPs, approval matrices, reporting calendars, and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Set up or rebuild the chart of accounts, books, GL, trial balance, and FS from incomplete or missing records.
• Ensure proper double-entry bookkeeping with fully supported journal entries.
• Register or convert books with the BIR (Form 1905, PTU, CAS).
• Select, implement, or improve the accounting system (QNE/N3, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP B1) with proper controls.
• Maintain record retention per BIR and BOC rules.
• Take over interim turnover: baseline records inventory, reconciliations, SOPs, and 6–12 month F&A roadmap.
• Resolve historical issues through documented adjusting entries.
• Close books by the 5th working day with accruals and reconciliations.
• Lead year-end closing and external audit for timely, clean AFS.
