Job summary

Zoobook Systems LLC is seeking a highly organized CPA / Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations across multiple companies in the Philippines. You will maintain accurate records, process transactions in QuickBooks, and oversee billing and collections while supporting insurance and HMO enrollment as needed.

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced CPA / Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations across multiple companies. As our business continues to grow and we add additional companies, we need a finance professional who can maintain accurate accounting records, manage transactions in QuickBooks, oversee billing and collections, and assist with insurance and HMO enrollment and administration as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for multiple companies
• Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Perform regular reconciliation of bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
• Review transactions and accounting entries for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare, process, and monitor customer/client billing
• Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances
• Track overdue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
• Coordinate and complete HMO and other insurance enrollments for the company and/or eligible employees or members
• Manage insurance-related registrations, applications, renewals, and required documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

About you

• CPA license required or strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, billing, and collections
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with account reconciliation and month-end closing
