Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent in law with bar admission in an ADB member country.
• At least 10 years of relevant legal experience in infrastructure projects or PPPs.
• Proficiency in English for legal argumentation and negotiations.
• Experience in multinational, multicultural teams and international settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for PPP TAS, project agreements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide sovereign operations advice on loans, financing structures, and due diligence.
• Support law and policy reform programs and knowledge sharing.
• Supervise staff and mentor junior team members.
