Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Corporate Security Senior Specialist to lead physical security programs and risk management across MGS sites. You will coordinate incidents, manage emergency response, and oversee security systems including access control, CCTV, alarms, and SOC support.

The role involves investigations, security reviews, and close collaboration with HR, Legal, and Compliance, while supporting executive protection and high-profile corporate events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, emergency response, investigations, or a related security field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or coordinating security operations, programs, projects, vendors, or specialized security functions.
• Professional security certifications such as Certified Security Manager (CSM) or Certified Security and Safety Professional (CSSP) or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security programs, conduct security assessments, and implement risk mitigation strategies across MGS sites.
• Coordinate security incidents, emergency response activities, preparedness exercises, and security awareness programs.
• Oversee the operation and governance of security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarms, and Security Operations Center support.
• Conduct investigations, security reviews, and risk assessments in partnership with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
