Qualifications

• 5-6 years in a digital or advertising agency or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showing conceptual and digital work.
• Excellent command of language, grammar and tone.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, client presentations and creative pitches.
• Drive content and creative strategy across campaigns - digital, social and brand.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers and strategists to deliver standout ideas.
• Write, edit and refine copy across digital platforms, web, print and marketing collateral.
• Review and guide the creative team's work to ensure high standards of craft and strategic alignment.
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging marketing practices.
• Mentor and inspire junior writers and ensure Pomelo's creative standards.
