The Senior Contracts Management Associate will oversee procurement contracts from initiation through execution and signing. The role ensures that contract drafts, provisions, requirements, and supporting documents are properly coordinated with internal stakeholders and external counterparties within established service-level agreement. The role will also manage contract renewals, expiration dates, obligations, deliverables, and post-contract lifecycle administration.

Oversee and monitor procurement contracts from initiation through execution.
Coordinate contract reviews, responses, approvals, and deliverables with internal teams and external counterparties.
Follow up on pending requirements to ensure completion within established service-level agreements.
Maintain complete and accurate records of contracts, amendments, and validity periods.
Manage contract renewals and expiration dates to prevent lapses.
Track contractual obligations, deliverables, service-level agreements, and key performance indicators.
Coordinate contract amendments resulting from operational changes.
Monitor compliance and facilitate the enforcement of applicable penalties for unmet contractual obligations.
Assist in handling contract disputes and corrective action plans.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Provide regular contract monitoring updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, Legal Management, or a related field.
At least five years of end-to-end procurement experience, preferably involving telecommunications, information technology, or infrastructure projects.
At least two to three years of experience in contracts management.
Knowledge of strategic sourcing, requests for information, requests for quotation, requests for proposal, bidding, and contract management.
Familiarity with telecommunications or information technology infrastructure requirements is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and procurement or enterprise resource planning systems, such as SAP.
