Job summary

Radius Telecoms Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Management Associate to oversee procurement contracts from initiation through execution and signing.

You will coordinate reviews with internal teams and external counterparties, monitor SLAs, and manage renewals while maintaining accurate contract records. With 5+ years in procurement and 2–3 years in contracts management, you will bring strong stakeholder management, SAP proficiency, and familiarity with telecom infrastructure needs to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; relevant fields include IT, business, supply chain management or legal management.
• At least five years of end-to-end procurement experience, preferably in telecom, IT, or infra projects.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in contracts management.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing, RFx processes, bidding, and contract management.
• Familiarity with telecom or IT infrastructure requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement contracts from initiation through execution and signing.

• Maintain complete records of contracts, amendments, and validity periods.

• Monitor compliance and enforce penalties for unmet obligations.
• Assist in handling disputes and corrective action plans.

Job Summary

The Senior Contracts Management Associate will oversee procurement contracts from initiation through execution and signing. The role ensures that contract drafts, provisions, requirements, and supporting documents are properly coordinated with internal stakeholders and external counterparties within established service-level agreement. The role will also manage contract renewals, expiration dates, obligations, deliverables, and post-contract lifecycle administration.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, Legal Management, or a related field.

• At least five years of end-to-end procurement experience, preferably involving telecommunications, information technology, or infrastructure projects.

• At least two to three years of experience in contracts management.

• Knowledge of strategic sourcing, requests for information, requests for quotation, requests for proposal, bidding, and contract management.

• Familiarity with telecommunications or information technology infrastructure requirements is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and procurement or enterprise resource planning systems, such as SAP.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
