Job summary

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in contract/commercial management within engineering, construction, or heavy industries, with strong FIDIC contract knowledge and excellent English drafting skills. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Admin or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in contract and commercial management in heavy industries.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts.
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract terms and monitor payments and obligations.
• Collaborate with legal department to ensure contract terms meet legal requirements and policies.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to termination.
• Act as main contact for customers and suppliers on contractual matters.
• Provide contract-related issue resolution and advisory services.
