Job summary

Linxon in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to lead contract lifecycles for substations projects.

You will negotiate terms, monitor payments, manage changes and close-out activities, and coordinate with legal and procurement teams.

A strong engineering or related degree with 10+ years in contract management within heavy industries and excellent English are required. This role offers visibility across projects and a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or related discipline.
Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
Proven experience in contract and commercial management with a minimum of 10 years in heavy industries.

Responsibilities

Ensure contract terms are complied with and monitor payments.
Collaborate with legal to ensure contract terms meet requirements.
Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to termination and close-out.
Act as main contact for customers and suppliers on contract matters.
Provide resolution on contract-related issues for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement contract management procedures in line with policy.
