Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Manila region is seeking a Senior Analyst, Contract Management (PG24) to drive precise execution of quick-tUrn requests, including pricing letters and contract copy. This role partners with Legal, Offer Development and field teams to ensure accurate contracting and pricing in support of JJMT Commercial Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business, Finance, Sales or Marketing preferred.
• 2+ years of overall business experience required.
• 1+ year in Contracting, Quoting, Pricing or related experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to self-manage in a complex/time-sensitive environment.
• Drive to understand business products, offerings, and objectives; ownership mindset.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build support across stakeholders.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracting items requests, reviewing price loads and contracts.
• Collaborate with Field Selling Organization, Deal Desk and US Contract Management partners as needed.
• Draft quick turn documents using approved templates and clause documents.
• Load contract and pricing data into ICS system.

Contract Management is responsible for the development of contract strategy and execution of Agreements for customers within JJMT Commercial Excellence. The Contracting group works in close collaboration with the Field Selling Organization to create the most appropriate offering (products, pricing, solutions and T&Cs) for the customer while supporting JJMT objectives and strategies of the business.

Job Summary:

The Contract Management Sr. Analyst is responsible for driving precise execution of quick turn requests, including Pricing Letters, Courtesy Pricing, Price Files, and Contract Copy requests in support of accounts aligned for each of the MedTech business units. This role will be the expert in contract authoring, contract implementation, and contract maintenance. Those responsibilities include coordinating the contract implementation workflow, identifying potential gaps, recommending solutions, and sharing best practices. The role will work in close coordination with Legal, Offer Development, Field Selling Organization and other relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for contracting items, including:
  • Reviewing for completeness and accuracy of price loads and contracts
  • Working with the Field Selling Organization (FSO), Deal Desk and US Contract Management partners as necessary
  • Draft quick turn documents utilizing approved templates and clause documents
  • Load contract and Courtesy pricing and performance requirements intoICS system
  • Audit peer price loads to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Interpret hand-off from Deal Desk Analyst to process appropriately.
• Maintain contract eligibility (e.g. LOC’s, roster changes) & price discrepancy research/resolution
• Implement price changes resulting from contract maintenance activity to include scheduled price increases stipulated in the contract and compliance price adjustments for noncompliant accounts.
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Responsible for Document Retention, SOPs and WIs

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; a concentration in Business, Finance, Sales or Marketing is preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years of overall business experience is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Contracting, Quoting, Pricing or related business experience within a regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills is a must in this position.
• Ability to self-manage in a complex / time sensitive environment is required.

• Drive to understand business products and offerings, strategies and business objectives is required.
• Strong level of ownership and drive for meeting / exceeding expectations is required.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment and build support across a complex set of stakeholders is required.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups and standard functions are preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word including track changes and doc compare is preferred.
• Proficiency in Model N/ICS Contract system is preferred.
