Job summary

Global Recruitment and Consultancy OPC is seeking an experienced Contract & Commercial Management Specialist to support contract and commercial activities across multiple projects. The role works closely with business leaders, project teams, and clients to manage contractual risks and ensure business objectives are met.

The position involves leading contract reviews, negotiations, drafting and pre-award activities, and partnering with stakeholders on risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Law, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant contract management experience.
• Experience in workplace/employee relations or compliance investigations.
• Good understanding of commercial contracts, subcontracting, and contractual terms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional contract management certification or membership in World Commerce & Contracting / NCMA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and commercial matters across projects and client accounts.
• Identify and resolve contractual, commercial, and compliance risks.
• Support contract reviews, negotiations, drafting, and pre-award activities.
• Partner with project and business leaders on contractual issues and risk mitigation.
• Conduct or support workplace, employee relations, and compliance investigations.
• Prepare confidential reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
