Job summary

Aboitiz Power Corporation (Power) is seeking a Contract & Commercial Specialist to safeguard contract objectives while maintaining sustainable EPC relationships. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, Cost Engineer, and legal teams, implement project procurement standards, and drive risk mitigation and proper documentation across the construction phase.

Experience managing contractual and commercial risk in large projects.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance.
Familiarity with project management standards.

Responsibilities

Facilitates protection of contractual interests while sustaining a commercial relationship with the EPC Contractor.
Supports alignment of cascaded commercial agreements through Project Management Standards.
Coordinates with PM, Cost Engineer, and Contracts Compliance teams in letters, change orders, and approvals.
Collaborates with PDE cross-functional teams on Commercial/Contractual risk & issues.
Implements the project commercial structure by guiding contract provisions and escalating risks.
Works with PM team to develop project-specific mitigation plans.
Maintains proper commercial documentation to protect contract objectives.
