Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a Content Growth Lead to own editorial output end to end, architect AI-assisted workflows, and safeguard brand quality as production scales.

You will design reporting linking content performance to business results and leverage Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Amplitude to drive improvements. Collaboration with the Marketing team is essential, with an emphasis on B2B content and continuous learning.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in growing the organic content channel who has led multiple initiatives end to end. This person will create and scale content workflows while carrying a sharp editorial eye that holds quality standards high. They’ll architect beyond a single platform, considering how content feeds a broader ecosystem, and use performance learnings to continuously improve the strategy and systems behind it.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple content initiatives and own content output end to end.

• Design and build repeatable AI-assisted workflows to scale initiatives.

• Protect brand and content quality as production scales.

• Set up reporting that tracks how content performs and connects it to business results.

• Leverage data and insight to continuously look for opportunities to optimize programs.

• Continuously improve the way the team works — testing new tools, formats, and processes.

• Identify the highest-value ways to extend each piece of content into new formats, audiences, or platforms.

• Stay connected with the organic growth team so content and channel strategy move together.

Required skills and experiences

• Proven track record of 3-4 years owning editorial content production, brand quality standards, and optimisation at scale across a high-volume website.

• Experience writing B2B content and meeting E-E-A-T quality standards

• Strong keyword research skills, with the ability to identify intent-led opportunities and match them to the right page types and content formats

• Proven ability to lead concurrent content initiatives end to end Ability to evaluate content for quality, accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment before publication, ensuring standards are maintained as content volume scales

• Proficient with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Amplitude

• Experience building reports and analysing data that connect content performance to business outcomes

• Experience working with AI-tools daily, and have created AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and delivery.

• Curiosity and constantly learning - always testing new tools, formats, or processes that add value to the organisation

• Self-directed across multiple initiatives, able to set priorities and work with minimal supervision

• Ability to collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team so content and channel strategies move together

Success (6 months)

• Leading multiple content initiatives with clear performance visibility

• Improved content quality, maintaining editorial standards, E-E-A-T and AEO scoring while scaling content production

• Created new/expansion on AI-assisted workflows to improve content programs

• Scaled content into new organic touchpoints and media using a repeatable prioritisation method
