Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Senior Technical Account Associate (CAM) to serve as a subject matter expert for content ingestion, entitlements, and contributor onboarding within Visible Alpha Insights. The role focuses on data quality, workflow optimization, and operational governance across distribution processes.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, product, and operations to resolve issues, monitor KPI metrics, and drive improvements

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with quality assurance, operational reporting, and process improvement preferably from financial or data services industry.
• Strong communications skills and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for content ingestion, research and model distribution, entitlements, and contributor operations.
• Provide guidance on complex operational issues and escalations; maintain SOPs and best practices.
• Support onboarding of contributors and management of broker relationships; ensure accurate processing of content uploads and entitlements.
• Investigate and resolve content, entitlement, and distribution issues; monitor analyst transfers and coverage changes.
• Develop dashboards, MIS, SLA, and quality reporting; identify trends for process improvements.
