Job summary

Xerox Cebu City is seeking an Executive Second Line Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership for the Consumables Management organization. You will shape governance, drive performance, and align objectives with global standards while guiding cross-functional teams.

You will implement continuous improvement, lead KPI programs, and manage workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and transformation initiatives to deliver exceptional service and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years leading large operations or service delivery teams.
• Experience managing managers and multiple operational teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall operational performance of the Consumables Management organization.
• Establish governance and performance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Operations Managers to achieve service, quality, productivity, and customer targets.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, customer commitments, and operational health metrics.
• Lead regular business reviews with stakeholders, process owners, and executive leadership.
• Ensure adherence to global standards, policies, and controls.
• Drive risk management, business continuity, and compliance activities.
• Provide executive escalation support for critical issues.
