Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Senior Consumables Management Specialist to manage consumables operations through data analysis and process improvements. You will work with cross‑functional and global teams to resolve issues and improve performance, using Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Role emphasizes data-driven decision making, automation initiatives, and collaboration with engineering teams, with onsite duties located in Cebu City, night shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of analytics, reporting, or technical operations experience.
• Experience in consumables or MPS is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (non‑negotiable).
• Exposure to Power BI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform data‑driven analysis and investigations related to consumables performance and exceptions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with global technical and engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate findings through clear reporting and stakeholder discussions.
• Participate in or lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
