Job summary

SYC Philippine Corporation is seeking a QAQC Engineer to ensure quality and integrity of construction projects in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role oversees all QA/QC processes across the project lifecycle.

You will develop and implement quality management plans, conduct site inspections, address non-conformances, analyse data, and train construction personnel on quality best practices to maintain documentation at the highest standard.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a QAQC Engineer in the construction industry
• Understanding of QA/QC principles, techniques and tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
• Proficient in interpreting and applying construction codes, regulations and specifications
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management plans and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify and address quality issues or non-conformances in a timely manner
• Analyse data and generate reports on quality performance
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related problems and improve processes
• Provide guidance and training to construction personnel on quality best practices
• Maintain all quality documentation and records to the highest standard

Bachelor of Civil Engineering or related field
