The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior construction roles, excellent PM and leadership skills, and a Civil Engineering/Construction Management background with licensure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior construction roles with large-scale projects.
• Strong PM, budget control, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specs.
• Licensed engineer with relevant civil/structural credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors for delivery.
• Review specs, blueprints, and CAMs; approve technical docs.
• Ensure permits, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor costs, provide progress reports, and mitigate risks.
• Drive process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Foster a strong safety culture and liaise with stakeholders.
