Job summary

K84 Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for on-site Quezon City. The role requires >10 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and full-time commitment to ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

PRC license is preferred. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to drive successful turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PRC License preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all project activities.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule.
• Lead and supervise project engineers, site staff, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare and review project reports and documentation.
• Manage project resources, costs, and risks.
• Ensure timely completion and successful project turnover.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
