SHIMIZU-FUJITA-TAKENAKA-EEI JOINT VENTURE in the Philippines seeks a Senior Architect/Project Manager to supervise architectural and building works, ensure compliance with project specs, quality, safety, and schedule.
You will prepare and monitor master, monthly, and weekly schedules; review drawings, BOQ quantities, and work volumes with Planning and QS teams; coordinate with procurement and subcontractors to keep materials arriving on time.
Supervise and control architectural and building construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and schedule requirements.
Prepare, update, and monitor master, monthly, and weekly construction schedules to track overall work progress.
Review and coordinate design drawings, shop drawings, BOQ quantities, and work volumes with the Planning and QS teams.
Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and site performance to ensure efficient project execution.
Coordinate material requirements and procurement schedules with the Procurement Team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare method statements, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Minimum of 15 years of construction experience, including 10 years in a managerial role handling building construction projects.
Knowledge of Philippine construction standards and Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).
Experience working with a Japanese construction company is an advantage.
Licensed Architect Engineer is preferred.
