Qualifications

• Knowledge of compliance functions and processes; prior experience in compliance/departments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to identify potential compliance issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate compliance perspectives.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and supporting Avaloq's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics within the Compliance Program.
• Performing compliance-related tasks to mitigate risks (Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Personal Trading).
• Delivering Compliance Training and maintaining the Compliance LMS.
• Conducting due diligence reviews of Business Associates to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Maintaining compliance registers and related documentation.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to facilitate execution of the Compliance Program.
• Advising internal employees on compliance topics and regulatory frameworks.
• Participating in new compliance-related projects and process improvements.
