Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Data Analyst to support and audit the sales incentive process. You will validate data, manage data quality reporting, cleanup, and data architecture, and build dashboards to support business needs.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and training for associates are part of the role. The position requires hands-on experience with ETL tools (preferably Alteryx), SQL databases, and data visualization (Tableau).

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst that is responsible and detailed oriented individual tasked with supporting and auditing the sales incentive process. The analyst will fulfill standard data requests including data validation, data quality reporting, data cleanup, data architecture, and facilitating data process improvements. The analyst may also build and/or maintain dashboards & data visualizations in support of business needs.

What will you do?

• Use Alteryx and other tools to process data from various data sources for validation and analysis

• Provide quarterly analytics and reporting on SIP Payout and Attainment information

• Assist in regular data quality & data validation processes, and work through the resolution of issues.

• Contribute to other ad hoc analyses/reporting requests in support of business partners when appropriate

• Collaborating with teams on different projects

• Support and train Associate and Junior Comp Analyst in using the tools.

Who would be successful?

Required Knowledge and Skills are as follows:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

• Experience with programming or database concepts (SQL, Access, Oracle, Redshift, AWS, MySQL, HTML, Java, Informatica, SnapLogic, SSRS, etc...)

• Experience with Alteryx or other ETL tools is a must

• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools helpful

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and re-prioritize quickly a must

• Prior experience interacting with remote stakeholders and front-line business personnel a plus

• Ability to operate with a high level of professionalism and maturity with little supervision

Other Key Considerations

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any 4 or 5-year course.

• Must be willing to work during US business hours on a hybrid setup in Rosario, Cavite or BGC, Taguig.

• Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able & willing to learn new tools, software, and processes

• Must be able to take direction, listen to the needs of business managers, and interpret their needs into technical instructions

• Must be effective working on teams, within and outside of the function

• Ability to independently analyze large amounts of data; including the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends, gaps, patterns in complex data sets

• Ability to self-serve, investigate, get the required data and expertise in data architecture
