This role involves drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements that directly impact revenue and operations across the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines. A Philippine Bar-qualified attorney with 7+ years of experience in transactional law is preferred. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial / transactional law.
• Deep expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Comfortable working independently, with a willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Support IP-related matters including licensing and ownership provisions.
• Identify legal risks in commercial transactions and propose solutions.
