Job summary

Alstom Transport Construction Philippines Inc. is seeking a Test & Commissioning Lead for telecom systems on the NSCR-EX project.

You will head the Test & Commissioning Team onsite, manage baseline TC delivery from design, and drive site upgrades while ensuring quality and on-time reports. The role requires coordinating TC procedures, preparing daily and bi-monthly reports, and renewing Work Clearance applications each month.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Test and Commissioning Team for NSCR-EX Project.
• Lead and manage the internal base line T&C delivery from Design.
• Lead the baseline upgrade at site.
• Update / prepare the T&C Procedures as and when required.
• Customer Management Onsite for T&C Activity.
• Preparation of T&C reports.
• Uploading the test reports in AEC with due time.
• Prepare and send daily T&C report for all the T&C related activities via email.
• Lead for as-built of project.- Input and reviews in order to maintain high quality of application design team from engineering.- Lead the calibration process and T&C tools and material requirements.
• Lead 4Ms for T&C and Installation Handovers.
• Send Bi-Monthly T&C Synopsis to other stake holders of the project.
• Renewing T&C Application for Work Clearance (AFWC) every month within due time.
• Replying on GCR comments on test report in due time.

• GSM-R System
• CCTV
• Passenger Information Display
• Wifi System
• Public Address System
• CCTV
• Master Clock
• Flight Information Display
• Meteorological and Seismic Monitoring System
