The Role:

Drive the installation, network integration, and testing of key railway telecom subsystems (IP/MPLS, CCTV, IP-PBX, PA, Master Clock, MMS, and UPS & AFC, TRS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end site installation, system configuration, and integrated T&C for not only Network System but also all telecom subsystems

• Produce and validate technical submittals, CAD drawings, and testing/commissioning procedures.

• Coordinate directly with clients, local subcontractors, and engineering vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or IT.

• Excellent English communication and site management skills.

• Versatile Multi-Player, Ownership & Tenacity

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Factors):

• Advanced Network Expertise: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA / CCNP / JNCIA or equivalent) or strong network architecture expertise.

• Licensed Engineer PRC

• CAD Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for reviewing and drafting telecommunication layout/as-built drawings.

• Safety Certification: Valid COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) certification.
