Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners Manila is seeking a Collections & Disputes Manager to lead the regional team within the Australia / New Zealand scope, driving debt collection and dispute resolution with focus on process improvement. The role requires a university degree, fluent English, and SAP/ERP experience; leadership of a multicultural team and awareness of SOX/compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
Fluent written and verbal English.
Lean Six Sigma qualification is an advantage.
At least 3 years in finance or accounting within a multinational.

Responsibilities

Contributes to definition, scoping and execution of short and long term strategies within Collections & Disputes in coordination with BU management and cross-functional teams.
Oversees debt collection and dispute management, develops action plans to meet targets.
Monitors customer calls and supports coaching and training sessions.
Acts as escalation point for complex or sensitive issues and drives process improvements.
Supports monthly and annual closing activities for timely closure and ensures SOX/compliance.
