Nasdaq in Manila invites a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a global, cloud-first Platform Operations team. You will drive availability, reliability, and operational excellence for mission-critical services across our FinTech platform.

You will lead incident response, deploy changes, and advance observability and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams across security, product support and customer delivery. The role follows a hybrid model in Bonifacio Global City.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in 24x7x365 production environments.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and Linux.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch).
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to work a 4-day week across Australian time zone.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and problems through resolution and follow-up actions.
• Test, plan, and deploy changes to cloud systems.
• Drive observability and automation across cloud platforms.
• Facilitate disaster recovery tests and business continuity exercises.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with global teams.
• Provide clear communication during incidents and changes.
