Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in Makati City to lead cloud infrastructure initiatives and automation efforts. You will guide architecture, security, and scalability while collaborating with multiple business units, with a hybrid work setup and two office days weekly.

The role requires expertise in AWS, Cloudflare, and cloud migration, plus scripting and IaC skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing and architecting cloud solutions on public cloud platforms (AWS, Cloudflare; Azure desirable).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, networking, storage, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities with IaC tools and modern CI/CD.
• Knowledge of AI/agentic tech including Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, RAG, and vector databases.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration, workshops, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects from requirements through implementation.
• Ensure security, resilience, and scalability in designs for business continuity.
• Create scripts and automation to streamline tasks and standardize management.
• Identify opportunities for technology solutions and process improvements.
