Job summary

Penbrothers International is seeking a Senior NOC Engineer to monitor hosted environments, triage incidents, and coordinate across NOC, Support, and Cloud Engineering. You will own runbook execution, guide junior engineers, and contribute to KPI reporting and alert tuning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in NOC operations with cloud and infrastructure focus.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and service health issues.
• Windows Server administration beyond basic AD tasks.
• Experience with Datadog or Azure Monitor and alert tuning.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate escalations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hosted environments, dashboards, service health indicators, and alert queues with strong judgment.
• Lead triage for high-priority alerts and recurring issues.
• Coordinate incidents across NOC, Support, and Cloud Engineering.
• Execute runbooks for low to moderate issues and improve runbooks.
• Support KPI reporting and trend analysis for alert tuning and incident patterns.
• Provide guidance to Associate NOC Engineers and promote documentation quality.
