Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions for large-scale projects. You will partner with Sales on pre-sales activities, mentor junior colleagues, and serve as a main escalation point for complex technical issues, all while aligning with client business goals.

You bring hands-on cybersecurity, infrastructure, or software development experience, strong Windows/Linux and networking knowledge, and proven customer-facing

Qualifications

• Proven staff augmentation experience in professional services, technical, MSP, or software consulting.
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, computer infrastructure, or software development.
• Strong Windows and Unix/Linux administration, core networking, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects.
• Drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on pre-sales activities.
• Serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions.
