Job summary

PAN ASIA HR CONSULTING PH INC. in Makati seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications and infrastructure in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

You will implement cloud solutions that meet security and operational standards and automate platforms with IaC. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT, deep Azure, AKS, Terraform, and Unix/Linux expertise, plus experience delivering RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with cloud engineering and distributed systems design.
• Strong experience with Azure, AKS, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development practices.
• Hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with API Gateways, Messaging, Event Streaming, Distributed Tracing, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Preferred: experience with AKS and cloud environments (public/private/hybrid).
• Preferred: enterprise-scale PaaS delivery experience using AKS.

About you

• Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux environments

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development practices

• Hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud-native applications

• Familiarity with modern platform technologies including API Gateways, Messaging, Event Streaming, Distributed Tracing, SQL, and Document Databases

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams

• Preferred: Experience with public, private, or hybrid cloud environments

• Preferred: Kubernetes and/or HashiCorp certifications

• Preferred: Experience delivering enterprise-scale PaaS solutions, particularly using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
