Job summary

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of ICH-GCP, pharmaceutical regulations and laws.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial contracting process and practice.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and amendments with sites.
• Manage contracts against planned timelines and budgets with FMV compliance.
• Maintain CMS records and coordinate with CM, Legal, and study teams.
• Escalate contracting issues and ensure timely execution and filing.
