Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sustainability Reporting Manager to lead reporting, climate disclosures, and data governance across APAC operations, with a focus on establishing hubs in the Philippines.

You will guide a team of analysts, drive automation of reporting processes, and ensure alignment with major frameworks such as ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, and CDP. Strong stakeholder management and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sustainability or ESG reporting, climate disclosure, or environmental reporting.
• Experience supporting major financial services or multinational clients.
• Hands-on with sustainability platforms (Atrius, Envizi, Deepki, Scaler, ESGPedia) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GHG Protocol, ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, CDP and Net Zero.
• Data governance, quality management and assurance experience.
• Advanced analytics and visualization with Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts, ensuring outputs meet client requirements and develop staff.
• Establish and scale sustainability reporting hub capabilities in the Philippines.
• Automate reporting processes and develop analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for energy, carbon, water, waste, and resource efficiency.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual sustainability reports.
• Support climate disclosures to regulators and authorities as required.
• Govern reporting aligned with ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, CDP, and related frameworks.
• Validate and govern sustainability data across client and CW platforms.
• Leverage reporting platforms to generate insights and outputs.
• Maintain client relationships to achieve KPIs and delivery commitments.
• Contribute to the Sustainability Action Plan and Net Zero initiatives.
