Job summary

Marsh Risk Consulting is seeking an experienced professional to join our Climate & Sustainability practice in the Philippines, leading high-quality advisory projects and growing the client base. You will work with experts across Asia Pacific to deliver across three pillars: physical risk, transition risk, and sustainability disclosures.

You will lead client engagements, develop business opportunities, and support the delivery of climate risk services, including scenario analysis, catastrophe

Qualifications

• Degree in business, environmental science, management, engineering, or related sustainability field.
• 5–10 years of catastrophe risk or climate change consulting experience.
• Proven experience in building a consulting pipeline and business development, preferably in the Philippines.
• Awareness of frameworks (ISSB/ IFRS / PFRS, GRI, SASB, ISO14001, GHG principles, SBTi, TCFD).
• Ability to provide professional advice to clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology and tools to guide risk programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with high quality and strong relationship management.
• Collaborate with SMEs and junior consultants to deliver across pillars: catastrophe risk modelling, climate risk identification, scenario analysis, transition planning, adaptation and reporting.
• Originating or supporting the development of thought leadership and engagement to develop Marsh Risk Asia.
• Develop and/or support risk management products for sustainability transitions.
