Qualifications

• Candidate has 2+ years in a sales or business development role with KPI achievement.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Strong knowledge of equities, FX, and derivatives products.
• Able to manage stakeholders across functions within Saxo Bank.
• Comfortable performing calculations during client interactions without a calculator.
• Proactive, growth-oriented team player with communication across levels.
• Experience in a client support role and timely professional client liaison.
• Ability to follow clear guidelines and comply with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential clients for readiness and convert leads into active clients.
• Lead conversion and efficient handling of onboarding tasks.
• Assist in client onboarding ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance client experience.
• Engage with existing clients to grow Total Relationship Earnings (TRE).
• Handle VIP client requests with priority.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and email CRM cases.
• Set up tier 1 and below client profiles.
